I'm Matt Portwood, and I specialize in helping busy, ambitious mom's and dad's become sustainably fit and healthy with confidence and enjoyment.

I spent the first 4 years of my coaching career trying to do it the way everyone else does (counting calories, restrictive diets + protocols, excessive cardio and training, insane supplement regimens, etc) and I was frustrated seeing any results my clients got fade away within a year of getting them.  

In 2019 I started over from scratch obsessing over and problem solving all of the real life obstacles that caused clients to fail and start over time and time again...

Now today, at Healthy & Whole we successfully coach and mentor our clients through how to build a lifestyle that achieves the healthy body, mind, and spirit they want, but in a way that is enjoyable, convenient, flexible, and sustainable.
